Louis is our lead partnership tax partner. He chairs Horwath Clark Whitehill's Supervisory Board and heads up our national Professional Practices Group and Private Client tax department in the London office. He is also responsible for the firm's own tax affairs. His client work almost exclusively focuses on acting for professional service firms and their partners. These include many firms practising as LLPs. Louis is a member of the Tax Committee of the Association of Partnership Practitioners and the personal tax committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He speaks on partnership and LLP tax matters at external conferences and is responsible for producing our 'Partner Briefing' updates on tax matters affecting partners in professional firms.
