Sean Wakeman is one of our two tax investigations partners. He specialises in all aspects of tax investigations and compliance matters, negotiates settlements with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and works in conjunction with members of the accountancy and legal professions on cases involving serious fraud and potential prosecution.

Sean left HMRC's Special Civil Investigations team in 1995 with eight years of tax investigation experience and has now acted in defence of clients for the last 12 years.
